Hey Everyone,
Here we go!! It's finally finished and ready to go. After 4 long months of recording/mixing and
all the CRAP that comes along with a band being couped up like that...The album is finally finished. All I can say about it
is that the five of us are VERY proud of it and we feel that you all will really be suprised as well. We spent a VERY long
time working and working and working on all the music as well as the artwork and we couldn't be happier with the product we
have. All that time in our new studio "Broken Soul" has really put everything in perspective for us and we really put our
hearts in this album.
February 18th at The Token Lounge we will be releasing the cd.
The line-up that night is going to be:
Krank Nine Vanity SuperCharger ABANDON
This is going to be
a low cash show. Everyone over 21 will be Free. There will be people from WRIF, The DRIVE and The Bannana as well as several
different papers and magazines from the area.
This will definitely be our "PARTY OF THE YEAR"!
Make sure to
go to the newly vamped website to see the latest and to hear one of the new cuts from the album on the first page of the site
called "HIDE". You can go to the media section to see us perform that song Live at The Hayloft.
We can't wait to see
everyone! Tell everyone you know as this is going to be an AWESOME NIGHT to say the least.
We are looking forward
to sharing the night and having a few drinks with everyone so...Mark it on the calender and we will see you there with a bottle
of Jack in the hand.
Take care everyone and again, thank you sooo much to everyone that has been supporting the band
and wondering where we have been...We are here and now we're back!!
Peace,
Justin and ABANDON 1-20-06

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of a good friend and ABANDON fan
Corey Thomas. Who past away on friday Dec 23 2005. I / We will never forget him. R.I.P. bro. Jameson will never taste
the same.

Once they left the stage and there was a short break, the 2nd band on the bill, another local Detroit band called
ABANDON hit the stage. Oh my God... This band was INCREDIBLE... I think they may be a crossover Christian band as they seemed
to have a lot of spiritual reference in their lyrics. These guys new how to play. They were very heavy musically and the lead
vocalist COULD sing. His vocals were very melodic and reminded me of Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden. I'm not familiar with
P.O.D. but my friends said they were similar to them in a lot of ways. All I can say about this band is to watch for them
because I believe they have a future.

Ice is frozen, puck has droped. HOCKEYTOWN is the best thing to happen
in a Michigan winter since you believed in Santa Claus.
